Strong Coaching.
Strong Women.

As a woman,
- who has learned, studied and worked in a male domain,
- who has made a career in technical disciplines in a large corporation, and
- who has reoriented herself and become self-employed
it is particularly important to me to support women on their career path or in their business, to strengthen them and to share my experience with them.
Learnings from my career
My career began in a techniccal high school for civil engineering. There we were only a handful of girls in the whole school. At the gradutation I was told, that I will never make the planned study at the university and I should rather stay in the kitchen.
While studying at the Montanuniversität in Leoben, we were 7% women. At that time l still struggeled with the traditional understanding of roles.
After that, I worked in an international environment. There I experienced no gender discrimination, however it was not necessarily easier to find my way between power games, cultural differences and expat life.
I spent the last years of my career in senior management in a large Austrian corporation. There were also some difficult situations, but I came out of them strengthened.
Being self-employed now, there are completely new challenges for me which I have to master every day.
In summary, following has always helped me:

From experience, I know how important it is to exchange and reflect with independent people. I had different coaches who helped me a lot in my development throughout my career.
Now it is me who accompanies, strengthens and supports women on their way through their career or through self-employment.
It would be a pleasure for me to accompany you as well.
